We all are do mistake in life, learn a new lesson and move ahead in life.I have seen many people in my life who never accept their mistake in front of other due to ego problem. Doing mistake and not accepting it is like a disease which become cancer after some time.
During starting stage of my Engineering career, I got the chance to Work With Mr. Murthy, A retired Chemical Engineer from National Chemical Laboratory (India). As I was a fresher with no industrial experience.I use to do lots of mistake in my work. I was have ego problem so I was manipulating my mistakes and representing it in such a way that I am not responsible for it.
Mr. Murthy told me '' If you accept your mistake then I will teach you and guide you to execute the work, which will help you not to do the same mistake again, if you hide your mistake it will be very harmful for your career''.
Now have more than 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. I am successful engineer and I teach same thing to my junior that single advice from Mr. Murthy changed my life and career.
